the apartment had everything i needed , including an iron, hairdryer, toiletries, and plenty of clothes hangers. it easily accommodated my family with no issues, thanks to the two bathrooms. the kitchen was well-equipped, suitable for both short and long stays. the location was amazing , with the main square just a short walk away.

the communication with the hotel COULD BE BETTER. i submitted my information in advance for the access code , but i still had to call on the day of arrival to get it. this caused some delay and inconvenience at the start of my stay.

The apartment location was central. It was close to many attractions. The apartment was clean. Everything I needed was available, including toiletries and towels.

The check-in process required a code. It was a little complicated initially. I did have to go back and forth to get it.

The room was spacious. It also had a kitchen, that was acceptable.

The parking situation was not good I had to walk about 15 minutes over stone sidewalks to the garage with my luggage. This was a real nightmare. The lack of staff on site was also a problem. I found myself locked out one evening, and nobody answered my call for help.

The location was amazing. The apartment is in the center, and it is walkable to every touristic place. The apartment was big and had a complete kitchen. I did not need to use buses or metros.

The support service was bad. I asked the company to book a parking, but security had no data about my car upon arrival. I spent an hour in the rain and tried to call the support service to figure out the parking situation.
